Heat
shimmers among the dryly golden sand
sunlight
falls among clouds of transparent dust
air breathing like fire
from the walls of buildings
inside the spaces of the carved out squares
noise forms a loud silence
interspersed
…..with trees...
echoes,
of a thousand suns
cool as if shadows of orange glow
the forms of
large towers
a bus rotunda...
